We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access to enquiry data. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of data sent to our website.

8. Cookies

Our website uses two categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary: a single cookie that remembers your consent choice. This cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics (consent-based): Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, _gat) load only after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you reject or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set.

You can also control and delete cookies via your browser settings. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.

9. International data transfers

Some providers (including Google) may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs we rely on appropriate safeguards, including UK ICO-approved Standard Contractual Clauses, so your data receives equivalent protection.

10. Children’s privacy

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
